Hannah Jardine Youell is a hypnotherapist, coach, and facilitator based in Southsea, on the south coast of England. She works in person and online.
Working through a compassion-focussed lens, Hannah helps people let go of old patterns and outdated stories, and reconnect with a calmer, truer sense of who they are. Her approach blends hypnotherapy with coaching and reflective tools like tarot, offering a route into change that feels less clinical and more like coming home to yourself.
She believes in holding duality and nuance — that two things can be true at once, and that growth rarely happens in neat, binary boxes. She works with people who are ready to stop overthinking and start feeling (and acting) different — whether that's breaking old patterns and habits, building confidence, or simply learning to trust themselves again.
Having spent a life not fitting neatly into the boxes people seem so obsessed with putting each other in, Hannah knows what it takes to make a space feel safe enough for real change to happen — and holding that space is one of her favourite things to do.
When she’s not in the therapy room, Hannah is also a mum of three boys, a TEDx speaker, and someone who believes that big things happen when we finally get curious about the stories we've been too afraid to tell.
